Meet Eldon Cripps - Lawyer
Eldon Cripps has over 35 years of experience practicing law in Northwest Arkansas. Eldon started his legal career in family law and criminal defense with the firm of Coffelt, Burrow and Sawyer, which his grandfather, Eugene Coffelt, started 50 years prior. He helped clients with general practice, wills, probate, family law, and defense cases. Later in his law career, Eldon became Certified in Dispute Resolution (Neutral 3rd Pary Mediator) and has a thriving Mediation practice in family law. In 2025, Eldon closed the doors on the Coffelt-Cripps law building on the NW corner of the downtown square and moved down the street and joined Stuart Cearley Law Group as an Of Counsel Attorney. Eldon is committed to his values which are communication, integrity, and transparency. Eldon is known for honest and direct communication and diligence. Eldon offers initial legal consultations for a nominal fee. Eldon is enjoying his semi-retired lifestyle, since he can still do what he loves - work with families for legal and mediation cases while enjoying his family. Eldon has been married to his lovely wife for over 30 years and has four amazing children and a houseful of grandchildren. He enjoys working on his farm in Northwest Arkansas and of course team roping when he isn’t in the office.
