Seth Irwin has 20+ years of experience practicing law. He has tried dozens of jury trials and has 4 years experience working with the public defender in Arkansas. Seth is a Veteran, who served in the Army in the 1980s and 1990s as a combat medic paratrooper.  Seth was awarded a Bronze Star in the 1st Gulf War - he was an accomplished veteran and wanted to move into his long-term passion of law. His father, sister, and grandfather were all lawyers. Seth has a passion for serving others and apparently, it is in his genetics.  Seth acquired his JD and started practicing law. Seth specializes in family law, estate planning, and criminal defense. He is passionate about helping his clients protect their rights! Seth is committed to his clients and values diligence, integrity, commitment, dedication, compassion, honor, and teamwork. Seth is not afraid to go to trial but understands the value of negotiations. For family law cases, he uses a commonsense approach with the goal of long-term gain. Seth joined Stuart Cearley Law Group in 2024. In Seth’s free time, he sits on the Board of Trustees for the Humane Society, has run the Boston Marathon, and competed in Iron Man.
