What are Stuart’s hours of operation?
Stuart Cearley Law Group will respond to new inquiries during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday, but will work with you to schedule a consultation at your convenience. How much does Stuart Cearley Law Group charge?
For criminal law, our rates vary based on the severity of the criminal charges. However, for each charge (i.e. for all DUIs), we charge a flat rate with no hidden fees or additional charges. Family law cases are charged by the hour in 15 minute increments.
Does Stuart Cearley Law Group practice civil law?
No. We do not try civil court cases.
