What are Stuart’s hours of operation?
Stuart Cearley Law Group will respond to new inquiries during the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday, but will work with you to schedule a consultation at your convenience. If you are a current client, Stuart and team are committed to being available 24/7 to meet all your needs and answer any questions you may have throughout your legal proceedings.
How much does Stuart Cearley Law Group charge?
For criminal law, our rates vary based on the severity of the criminal charges. However, for each charge (i.e. for all DUIs), we charge a flat rate with no hidden fees or additional charges. Family law cases are charged by the hour in 15 minute increments.
Does Stuart Cearley Law Group practice civil law?
No. We do not try civil court cases.
Why did Stuart Cearley choose to switch to criminal defense?
After over 20 years pursuing justice for the prosecution, Stuart saw that there was a need for Criminal Defense Attorneys who would help keep their clients out of the system.
